Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy, however, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund.  Please see below for more information on our refund policy.

REFUNDS

All refund requests must be made within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund, contact and indicate your name, order number and reason for refund request.

Once approved, your payment card will be credited. Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.  We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Event registration fees for event dates that have passed
  • Membership fees
